BIBLICAL MARTYRS

August 25, 2008

Abel – Slain by his older brother Cain (Gen. 4:8).

Andrew (Peter’s brother) – was crucified, suspended on an olive tree, at Patrae, a town of Achaia [Greece];

Bartholomew (aka Nathanael) – was beaten then crucified with his head downward, and was buried in Allanum, a town of the great Armenia (modern day southern Georgia).

Isaiah – tradition says he was encased in a tree and ‘sawed asunder’.

James (The Lesser), Son of Alphaeus – stoned to death in Jerusalem.

James (The Greater), Son of Zebedee – when preaching in Judea, was beheaded with the sword by Herod the tetrarch, and was buried there.

John (the disciple “that Jesus loved) brother of James and son of Zebedee – was banished by Domitian to the Isle of Patmos, and later died of “old age” in Ephesus.

Judas Iscariot – suicide by hanging.

Matthew/Levi – Matthew wrote the Gospel in the Hebrew tongue, and published it at Jerusalem, and fell asleep at Hierees, a town of Parthia, near modern day Tehran. OR speared to death!

Matthias replaced Judas (Acts 1:26).

Paul – was beheaded in Rome by Nero (Paul as a Roman citizen could not be crucified but got an “easier” death sentence).

Philip – preached in Phrygia, and was crucified in Hierapolis with his head downward in the time of Domitian, and was buried there.

Simon Peter – crucified upside down under Nero in Rome, and was buried there.

Simon the Zealot – the son of Clopas, who is also called Jude, became bishop (or 2nd Patriarch) of Jerusalem after James the Just, and fell asleep and was buried there at the age of 120 years OR crucified.

Thaddaeus/Judas son of James, Jude, who is also called Lebbaeus – preached to the people of Edessa, and to all Mesopotamia, and fell asleep at Berytus; was stoned to death and buried there. He is somtimes identified as Thomas in eastern Syrian tradition.

Thomas – preached to the Parthians, Medes, Persians, Hyrcanians, Bactrians, and Margians, and was thrust through in the four members of his body with a pine spear at Calamene, the city of India, and was buried there.

“Prejudicial Election!”

August 16, 2008

KEY SCRIPTURE

Rom. 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above🙂 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Rom. 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. 30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

We are living in an age where the Presidential Election of the United States feature the campaigns of a female, and a African-American male! While this is certainly exciting, it is not the first time that members of these two demographics ran for this office. Take a look at past presidential hopefuls of these two segments of society, ladies first:

Victoria Claflin Woodhull – 1870, Belva Lockwood – 1884, Margaret Chase Smith – 1964, Patsy Takemoto Mink – 1972, Shirley Chisholm – 1972, Ellen McCormack – 1976 & 1980, Sonia Johnson – 1984, Patricia Schroeder – 1988, Lenora Fulani 1988 & 1992, Elizabeth Dole – 2000, Carol Moseley Braun – 2004 (withdrew), Hillary Clinton – 2008;

Jesse Jackson – 1984 & 1988, Alan Keyes – 1996, 2000, & 2008, Al Sharpton – 2000, Barack Obama – 2008 (beat Hillary Clinton for the Democratic Nomination).

A prevalent thought that most assuredly must be on the collective minds of Americans, and indeed the world, is if an African-American can be President. What a phenomenal accomplishment that would be, possibly more momentous than Michael Phelps winning eight gold medals! That would be true whether it’s this election or not; not just for the election itself, but also for outgrowing our prejudicial attitudes!

However, another type of election involves the race of faith in Christ vs. non-believers. Among the latter group are those who believe “the righteousness which is of the law, that the man which doeth those things shall live by them; …as concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes (KEY SCRIPTURE).” These “enemies”, who equate righteousness with national preeminence, are prejudiced against God’s elect being saved by His grace, which stresses the universality of His love through the sacrifice of Jesus (Rom. 8:5). Nevertheless, in this heavenly election, victory belongs to those who elect to follow the campaign strategy in Rom. 10:9 above!

Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth

December 3, 2007

sunset.jpg

Don’t question a gift’s value. When given a present, be grateful for your good fortune and don’t look for more by examining it to assess its value. Additionally, this proverb refers to the practice of figuring the age of a horse by looking at its teeth, and is also origin of the expression “long in the tooth” (meaning old).

 http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings.117000.html

Let’s examine the first example.

Who ordains ministers?

First off, let us define a minister as a member of the clergy; one who helps. Whether you’re clergy or not, you are capable of giving help, caring for strangers, and enduring more stress! I’m sure you can recall doing a service with no thought of reward though some sacrifice by you was required. Even in the beginning Man was expected to be his brother’s keeper (Gen. 4:9).

Beyond that, God intended for Man’s relationship with Him to be maintained for eternity. Even though we, as the progeny (offspring) of Adam, are born into sin – God has made a way for us to be redeemed! Since the LORD is eternal, His offspring is therefore eternal. Rom. 8:14 states, “for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” It would be unfortunate for anyone to think that without a title they can’t be a minister as that would hamper them from performing their most sacred duty. What duty? To be led by the Spirit of God (or Word of God – Eph. 6:17), and to help others to do the same!

Our duty is to learn the Word so that we can follow His holy commandments and enjoy life for ever, and then to help our fellow Man follow suit! Who ordained this? God did! “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations (Jer. 1:5).” The only real question is will you, like Isaiah, accept His call? “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, ‘whom shall I send, and who will go for us?’ Then said I, Here am I; send me (Isa. 6:8).” Jesus said, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few” (Mat. 9:37). Have no fear, “for God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (II Tim. 1:7).”

What about qualifications?

Dr. Fitzpatrick, a pastor from Chicago, says, “favor ain’t fair, but it looks good on you.” Even though two workers may look quite similar, one is favored more because of his productivity! Mat. 25:29 states, “for unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.” Ministers who do God’s work are kings.“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter (Prv. 25:2 – my favorite verse!).” It stands to reason that to be favored you must be led by the Spirit, be free of fear, and be a student of the Bible in order to get the concealed truths (revelations) in which to minister to God’s people. Then by studying, ministers become approved by God (II Tim. 2:15)!

So, is being a good minister about numbers? Well, while we want God’s Word to reach as many people as possible, we don’t want to subscribe to a win-at-any-cost attitude. Children of God, particularly those who use their talents for people (ministry), must realize the importance of “…how you play the game.” Prv. 31:4It is not for kings, O Lemuel, it is not for kings to drink wine; nor for princes strong drink: 5 Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted. 6 Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts. 7 Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.” Clearly this passage indicates the level of favor for kings, princes, and the miserable and invokes temperance (read Gal. 5:22-23) that leads to life. Temperance is one of the nine “fruits of the Spirit”, and the Spirit gives us life! “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life (Jhn. 6:63)”.

Ministers’ do’s and don’t’s! (I Tim. 3)

1. Bishops (overseers) DO desire to do God’s will.2. DO be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, kind, apt to teach.

3. DON’T be given to wine, be a striker, be greedy of dirty cash; be impatient, be a brawler, nor covetous.

4. DO rule your own house, having children in subjection with all gravity.

5. (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

6. DON’T be a novice, lest being lifted up with pride you fall into the condemnation of the devil.

7. DO have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

8. Deacons must also be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;

9. Deacons must hold the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

10. Deacons must be proven, found blameless.

11. Deacons’ wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

12. Deacons must be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.

13. Deacons that use their office well purchase great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.

14These things write I unto thee, hoping to come unto thee shortly: 15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”

NOTE: Bishop/deacon relates to king/prince in Prv. 31:4-5.

Reward for serving God.

Deu. 28:1 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: 2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. 3 Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed shalt thou be in the field. 4 Blessed shall be the fruit of thy body, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep. 5 Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store.

6 Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out. 7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways. 8 The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. 9 The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways. 10 And all people of the earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the LORD; and they shall be afraid of thee.

11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee. 12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. 13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: 14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Stop scoffing, complaining.

Psa. 1:22How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? 23 Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. 24 Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; 25 But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: 26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh…” This passage illustrates God’s dislike of scornfulness, however, to see how He views “cry babies” please read what happened to the dissenting Israelites in the wilderness (Num. 14). By attempting to obfuscate the mission of the minister the LORD gifted them with (Moses), they didn’t get the chance to experience God’s blessings in (The Promise Land) Jsh. 1:2! If you don’t won’t to miss out – DON’T LOOK YOUR GIFTHORSE IN THE MOUTH!

JOHNNY STILL WON’T READ?

(For many walk of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ. Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is their shame, who mind earthly things)Php. 3:18-19.

Let’s say you just read Col. 3:23 which states, “do everything cheerfully as to the Lord, and not unto men…” Now you’re in church and you see it needs to be tidied up and you do it. The pastor notices the effort and not only pays you a compliment, but, unexpectedly, a little sum of money as well. Johnny sees this and wonders why you’re getting attention, and how can he get paid. Is he being carnal or spiritual? Obviously, he’s being carnal because his focus is not purely on the love of God; his focus is centered on the money. Life’s concerns makes it hard for Johnny to devote time to getting into the Holy Bible the way you do. “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” – Mat. 6:33.

If only he’d read I Cor. 15:35-49 he would learn to care for his more glorious incorruptible spiritual body. If only he’d read I Pet. 1:3-5 he would discover the incorruptible inheritance reserved in Heaven for saints. If only he’d read I Cor. 9:25 he would know gaining self-mastery would earn him an incorruptible crown. Also, if only he’d read Eph. 2:4-10 he would see God’s grace, not his works, gives us the greatest reward which is an undeserved salvation!

O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.” – Rom. 7:34-35. To serve the law of God includes doing the works of God, which is to believe on Him who He sent (Jhn. 6:29). In Mat. 11:28 Jesus call for all those “…who labor to come unto Me and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of Me.” Learning about Jesus, who “do always those things that pleases Him (Jhn. 8:29), makes one royal.

Prv. 25:2 reads, “it is the glory of God to conceal a thing, but the honor of kings to search out a matter.” Anger, Lust, Greed, Attachment, and Ego (add Envy and Laziness) are traits that displeases God, which Johnny could overcome by reading! It’s written “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge(Hos. 4:6). In each situation Johnny gets so distracted from one or more of these seven sinful traits that he gives up trying to find life’s purpose, which is to connect to The Source by faith and to grow by studying His Word!

Beat down by the Devil (and, egad, “worldly Christians”), Johnny then becomes estranged from the church. “A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city, and contentions are like the bars of a castle (Prv. 18:19).” Now he’s like the Prodigal son (Luk. 15:11-32) and fixates on carnality, until he realizes the need for wisdom.

How much better to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver (Prv. 16:16).” The King of Kings allows to Heaven those who studied, locking out the hedonistic, or heathen (Luk. 13:25). “but ye…are a royal priesthood…” I Pet. 2:9.

POLITICALLY CORRECT, AND FOOLISH!

“Why do ye also transgress the commandments of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, ‘honor thy father and mother; and, he that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.’ But ye say, ‘whosoever shall say to his father or his mother ‘it is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;’ and honor not his father or his mother, he shall be free.’ Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition. Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, this people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men” – Mat. 15:9.

Political Correctness can be viewed as conforming with the ideology of those in power. In the Jewish tradition, people were required to financially support their aged parents. However, Jesus pointed out it was politically correct for the Pharisees and scribes to accept this support as a gift to God. How did political correctness evolve? At the core of this process is disobedience, and it involves the need of the spiritual destitutes (i.e. those lacking spirituality) to rid society of God. This truly is the goal of any secularist worth his salt. If you’re blessed without following God, why regard His commandments?

Many people have arrived at the pinnacle (or highest degree) of success without giving God glory. Although Godly principles were used to acquire their wealth, a true seculaist will refuse to admit that (Gen. 4). Just as the Pharisees and scribes circumvented (counteracted) God’s commandment at the top of this paragraph, certain people want to create and maintain traditions that tolerate laxity in obeying God’s law.

For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into Heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation in the sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High” – Isa. 14:13-14. The Evil One wants to be “like the Most High”, and so does his children, thinking that such an achievement is possible without divinity!

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own; for he is a liar, and the father of itJhn. 8:44. The devil’s big lie involves faith in sense perception rather than faith in God (Jam. 3:15). This of course lead the spiritually blind to believe that they don’t have to really follow the directives of a Spirit, thus these souls won’t ever seek salvation!

Possibly, being a secularist, you think being a “good” person is our only requirement, or that it’s “cool” or “fair” to be godlike – to a point. However, Heb. 12:14 reads, “follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.” To be holy is to be sacred, saintly, pure, consecrated, and awe-inspiring. When you’re holy you don’t want to just be godly to a point – you want to be pure. You don’t want to be just a “good” person – you want to be saintly. You don’t want to be just “trying to make it” – you want to be inspiring!

You don’t put profits over prophets (Prv. 8:11). You make it a habit to thank and praise God so that you can be blessed in His presence (Psa. 100:4). You don’t seek loopholes in God’s authority because you’re a soldier ready for “the battle of that great day of God Almighty (Rev. 16:14)!” So, why then is our Father so patient with “tolerant” people’s disrespect of His righteous commandments?

“Let both grow together until the harvest; and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn” – Mat. 13:30.

ARE YOU SAVED? Then you are more than just a secularist who only politically correctness, which only makes you “good” for a particular region on earth. In fact you are part of “a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a pecular people; that you  should show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light (I Pet. 2:9).”

THE HOLY GHOST – TRICK OR TREAT?

November 25, 2007

In (Gen. 1:2) we find the first reference in the Bible of God’s Holy Spirit which moved across the waters. Then comes The Six Days of Creation, each day representing a thousand years (Psa. 84:10, 90:4: II Pet. 3:8). In the summer of ’06, a guy standing in a store line with me expressed his doubts of this Biblical account, citing it defies logic, and that he wasn’t there to witness its occurrence.

That brings some questions to my mind: if there’s no one in the forest and a tree fall, will it make a sound? By logic he refutes an occurrence that some believe transpired six thousands years ago as mentioned in the second scriptural citation above, because, in his words, “he wasn’t there.”

Moreover, if you say that you can’t prove there’s a God because you weren’t there during THE CREATION, what’s the basis for believing what happened millions of years ago (2 Ths. 2:11)? Experts? You mean the ones who say one week coffee is good for you, than the next week it’s bad, only to follow the next week with a good report? “It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes (Psa. 118:9).

Furthermore, if you never visit Australia does that mean it doesn’t exist? Likewise, if you haven’t seen God’s Spirit does that prove He doesn’t exist? Just as one basis for believing there’s an Australia is someone’s word, one basis for believing in God is God’s Word presented by a preacher (Rom. 10:14-17). Of course there is another way to know about Australia, and that’s by actually experiencing it.

Joe. 2:28 states, “and afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. 29 Even on My servants, both men andwomen, I will pour out My Spirit in those days. 30 I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. 31 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. 32 And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, among the survivors whom the LORD calls.”

Additionally, if you plant an apple seed, can you get an ostrich? Sounds insane? Well, some people have no problem believing Man comes from apes! In fact, the extent to which intelligentsia has gone to promote this idea is even more insane. Here’s a thought – if we come from apes why do we still have apes; did they get left behind in the evolutionary process? Seriously, this is another example of how sometimes science, which purports to be about the advancement of Mankind, has been more of an inpediment to the truth (Gen. 1:11-12).

You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and by Your will they exist and were created (Rev. 4:11 New KJV).” As scientist divide molecules, atoms, and sub-atomic particles to find the origin of life, they should read: Jhn. 4:24, Acts 2, Rom. 8, I Cor. 2:6-16, Gal. 5:16-26, Eph. 4:25-32, Heb. 11:3, I Jhn. 4. While these verses should give the reader some background information about the Holy Spirit, please note (Eph. 6:17). The Holy Spirit is The Word Of God, and as “we study to show ourselves approved (II Tim. 2:15)” we become filled with The Spirit which helps us to recall the Word (Jhn. 14:26)!

A HEADBANGER!

November 23, 2007

The cheetah lies low watching the herd of antelope as they cautiously graze the grass. Knowing that there is a possibility of danger, they eat fast and then move. Some of the weaker, and younger ones aren’t able to keep up, and become separated from the pack. This is the opportunity the cheetah has been waiting for – the chance to pick off one of the antelopes who can’t defend himself.

As in the above illustration, Satan attempts to get us in isolation so that he can strike us more effectively! God wants to be our Protector, and wants us to be His people.

“…This evil people, who refuse to hear My words, who follow the dictates of their hearts, and walk after other gods to serve them and worship them, shall be just like this sash which is profitable for nothing. For as the sash clings to the waist of a man, so I have caused the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah to cling to Me,” says the LORD, “that they may become My people, for renown, for praise, and for glory; but they would not hear Jer. 13:1-11.

Isa. 59:2 reads, but your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that he will not hear. Prv. 1:25-26 states, because you disdained all My counsel, and would have none of my rebuke, I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes…”

The Law gave Man a basis for understanding why the sacrificial death of Christ grants us salvation! “…For if there had been a law given which could have given life, truly righteousness would have been by the law (Gal. 3:21).” After failing to prevent God’s pronouncement in Gen. 3:15 with the death of Abel; The Flood; The Tower; The Enslavement; The Captivity; and the Massacre of the 144,00, Satan wants to confuse us of the need of God’s salvation through Jesus alone (Jhn. 14:6) by undermining the 1st Coming (IJhn. 4:1-6).

By doctrinally dividing those who seek righteousness, The Enemy is able to pick us off (Mat. 12:24-30), and in order to accomplish this, one of his main goals is to keep us froward (Prv. 2:12-15). Now instead of us moving FORWARD in the Lord, the devil tries to keep us stuck in “the good ol’ days.” He wants to convince us that our life was better BEFORE we converted to Christ! God gives us new mercies everyday; Satan tries to trick us into pursuing “old snares” (old habits, philosophies, etc.) in hope of a better result (fulfillment, salvation, etc.). Insanity is when you try to escape a predicament by banging your head on the wall expecting to get through even though all you have to show for your efforts is a bloody head!

You may get through (Heaven) – if Someone (Jesus) opens the door (salvation) and lets you back inside (reconciled) where you can get washed (baptized), bandaged (delivered), and fed (Fruit of the Spirit). “…For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin death (Rom. 8:1-11)…” Are you still banging your head?
